How can I cancel my subscription?

  1. Login at https://tools.key2investors.com/login
  2. Go to the account menu on the top right
  3. Choose Subscriptions
  4. Scroll to the section Active Subscription at the bottom of the page
  5. Click the Cancel button for the subscription that you want to end.

Your subscription will stay active until the end of the billing period (usually 1 month after you purchased the subscription). Until then you have full access to all the features that are included in your subscription.

Where can I find my invoices?

  1. Login at https://tools.key2investors.com/login
  2. Go to the account menu on the top right
  3. Choose Invoices
  4. Use the PDF link to download your invoices.
