Since 2016 we have been training startups in negotiation tactics. We do this in individual projects as well as in workshops and coaching sessions. The topics I get to deal with are quite comprehensive and broad: from negotiations with cooperation partners, in sales, with investors, in the sale and purchase of companies or with co-founders and employees.
